my photo-process of me cooking a “Spaghetti Squash & Beef Sauce with Penne Pasta.” Please season to taste 🙂 I cooked roasted the dusted the squash with Himalayan Pink Salt and popped in the oven for 30mins @ 425degrees F. After the oven I scraped it with a fork and added it to the meat 🙂 If you have any questions about this meal, please ask! I cooked a whole box of Penne (1lbs) so there are a ton of leftovers to bag in Ziploc’s and freeze for a future “frozen dinner” better than that boxed crap you find in the freezer isle! tons of protein, low calorie! Ab defining type of lunch/dinner 😀 YUM!!! enjoy!!!!
